Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your candle. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@pyperandlucia.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your candle arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Non-Returnable Items
Candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned unless defective.
